New Westminster Apartment

This couple loved their neighborhood, but their current apartment had an impractical layout. After looking for a long time for a new apartment they decided that all they needed to do was to renovate the one they had.

The master bedroom had lots of wasted space, and the living room could barely fit a small sofa. Another issue was the lack of light, which made the apartment feel dark and gloomy.

Our goal was to create lots of functional space, light up the whole apartment, and bring joy with the use of color. We decided to get rid of their second bedroom to make space for a cozy living room, and we reshaped the bedroom to accommodate a king bed, a small work area, and a walk-in closet. 

With tons of smart storage and creative solutions, the clients are now able to enjoy every square inch of their space.
